Chick-fil-A

It is very difficult for me to rate any Chick Fil A anything less than 5 stars. This particular location is plagued with traffic issues outside of their control. Nashville did not properly zone this location and it's unfair to hold that against the employees, owner and brand here. Therefore my rating here is not tied to that.

My rating is however tied to the time you will spend at this location. I have been sitting in the drive thru for 20 minutes with 8 cars in front of me tonight. I have moved two cars up. This location is very popular and simply has a very difficult time keeping up with demand.
Sadly, I can count the number of times I have waited less than 7 minutes for food on one hand and have visited over 20 times since this location opened.
There should be thought given to those of us who mobile order ahead. There is no designated parking or express service for mobile orders.

The staff here has ALWAYS gone above and beyond to deliver a great experience. Even when they are backed up, stressed or tired you won't notice as they do not take it out on customers. This location has great management and it will get better. The only true complaint I tie back to the location is service time.

I was craving a Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich and wasn't sure where I wanted to go. That's when it hit me. I, just like millions of others love Chick-fil-A and I love their spicy chicken sandwich. The spice is not too hot, the bun is nicely buttered and the pickles set it off. So I went to the new location on Franklin road and ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and a small waffle fries. It was delicious and a fraction of the price of one of the many Nashville Hot Chicken joints I considered going to that night.

This Chick-fil-A is among some of the up and coming restaurants in this spot. Filed too the brim with happy, healthy customers. Competing with other sandwich shops, pizza, Asian and the others this new place is great. So happy to see the diversity of taste makes the Berry Hill area the place for breakfast lunch and dinner. Chick-fil-A stands out with great taste - great service - and great staff - for the area.

I love that chick-fil-a refuses to compromise moral values for profits.The place I visited was completely packed, but the employees were smiling and appeared to me they actually liked their jobs. That alone is amazing, but the price of the meal was extremely competitive and the speed at which I got my food was unbelievable with the amount of customers they had. Other chicken sandwich places have literally taken twice as long and charged more for a lesser sandwich. Absolutely excellent !!!
