I didn't really know what the Pu Pu Platter was until I tried it here. The Pu Pu Platter is on every menu in any Chinese restaurant, but they have the best I've ever had. I now judge other Chinese restaurants based on their Pu Pu Platter and no one has come close to what this place offers. Try their Pu Pu Platter!!! It's Amazing!! I've had most things from their menu and everything is good, as you expect it should be for good Chinese (American style). This is the best Chinese on the East side of town.
If you ever get tired of nearby buffets with their old food left out, try China Bell. The food is very tasty and fresh. I usually get cashew chicken and my housemate usually gets the beef lomain. Both are great. Most of their business seems to be take out or delivery, but I eat in a bunch. The dining room isn't very fancy and every now and then you get the experience of them chasing out one of Madison's many homeless. Despite all that, excellent place if you want one solid dish.
Drive out of my way to eat here. Food is great! Love it! And trust me, I'm hard to please.
