Chipotle Mexican Grill

I work next door and love going over to this location. I go over almost every day I work because it is so easy and the portion is so perfect. I also love the women over there. They always greet me and make conversation. Today, the cashier even picked up on it that I had been gone on vacation the last week. Food is always fresh and the place is always pretty clean.

The restaurant was really clean, and the service was very quick. The employees were friendly and I had no problems with my order.

Placed an online order. When I went in I didn't say ONE word and the girl making the food ordered me immediately to check the pick up area behind me, twice. Ummm, how do you know that was what I am here for? I could have been anyone, and could have left with someone else's paid for order. I asked if I could add a drink to my order, no response, she seemed very annoyed to be there. The lady who checked me out however when getting a drink was absolutely awesome and very nice. It gave a 15 minute window for my food to be ready and I left at that time, and work 200 feet away. Ate not even 5 minutes later as I work close enough to walk across the parking lot...the whole salad was room temp; the meat, veggies, and I had to drain out about half a cup of liquid. Don' know if that's normal, but the only thing that would have made any liquid would have been the salsa, but generally wouldn't you let it drain a bit first when scooping it so the lettuce, etc doesn't get soggy, like my entire salad was? Cashier was awesome, lady making the food was obviously miserable and it shows in the food she makes as well as her attitude when you walk in the door. Go to Moe's around the corner....
