    I love going during the week. Staff is more attentive and my toddler can really run around, plus you get your food faster

    Our daughter's birthday party went well overall.
    Pros: The machines weren't broken! They had an itinerary printed that kept things moving so no one got bored and everything got completed in a timely manner. I didn't have to clean up!
    General complaints: I often had trouble finding our "party host" and of course the food is overpriced.
