Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

We were attending a conference at the Gaylord Opryland Resort and walk to Cracker Barrel for dinner. Even though it was crowded and a 25 min wait, when we got seated our service was great! My meal was tasty and they got me seated and served quickly. The server, Jacob, was great... very friendly, fast, and helpful in answering questions. The place did seem a little unorganized to me compared to some other locations, but that may well be because of it's proximity to the convention center.

Got seated quickly. Must've been short on wait staff. Took awhile to be seen. Waiter from other area came over and asked had we ordered. Answer, no. He then immediately asked if we were ready and proceeded. Don't know where our wait staff was but don't think we ever saw. Manager nowhere either, I guess. Sundays are busy, I know, and ppl have places to be, But if you seat someone in an area please make sure the area is staffed. Thanks

The music valley drive store was awesome and our waitress, Siobhan, was better than outstanding. She truly took an interest in seeing that our food was exactly how we liked it. She was a treasure. She deserved, and was left, a big tip. You should ask for her. I even called the manager over to brag on her.

Great Home cooking, great old fashioned service. The hamburger steak was a monster at half a pound. Cooked to perfection this mouth-watering entree came with tasty mashed potatoes and fresh cooked country green beans. Their food has always been the next best thing to Mom's.
