Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

The burgers where tasty, the young man who helped me at the take out counter was awesome. The only negative I can think of was the french fries were under cooked. I would have given 5 stars if it weren't for the fries.

Food was delicious. Ordered carryout. Everything was just as I ordered. Cashier very polite and friendly and person who brought my food to the cashier was friendly and showed exactly what I ordered to make sure it was correct. Food was hot and fresh when I got home. Generous portions. Will order again.

We ordered Sunday dinner over the phone and then went to Cracker Barrel to pick it up. When we got there it was ready and was made just like we ordered it. When we got back home it was still hot and tasted great. The chicken was crispy on the outside and moist and tender on the inside. It had a great taste to it.

Cracker Barrel is one of those restaurants that has been in my life since childhood. My parents used to take us to the original restaurant on highway 109 in Lebanon, Tn. It doesn't matter which store you go to the food is consistent. I love the new fried chicken dinner they have put on their menu. Honestly it's so big that I bring home leftovers. The prices are fair. The choices of southern style desserts are good too. The restaurant is always clean. The service usually good and the staff is friendly. They serve breakfast all day too. The Country Boy breakfast is huge if you like a big breakfast. They do have menu items that are diet conscious and they are tasty too. I have found when traveling Cracker Barrel is always a good choice for a quick satisfying meal on the road. They are usually near an interstate exit and like I said before consistent in taste and quality.
