Dear Sushi

Fantastic sushi! Came based on Yelp reviews and we left very happy! As others had reviewed, the atmosphere is plain and unimpressive, but the food was beautifully presented and tasted amazing. Service was quick and friendly. Clearly a family business!

At first glance, this place doesn't look like much. However, the sushi is top notch, even if there is only a minimal selection. Very tasty, would go again.

This is one of the cleanest restaurant spaces I've ever set foot in. I arrived around 4pm. Behind the counter I saw polished stainless, spotless knives positioned horizontally with sharp edges facing away, a clean towel folded beside a clean cutting board, a floor that was swept and mopped, and all prep items hidden away in refrigeration. The menu was limited, but I truly think it's done on purpose so you only get the freshest they have to offer. The sushi is the best I've had in Nashville. Prices are very fair.
Any place that cares about cleanliness this much, also cares about the quality of their product. If the service happens to be bad at times, deal with it. It's not always about you. Get it to go. Anyways, please support them.

I will say that this place is no frills. The menu is smaller then most places, it's a room with a few tables, chairs, and a counter where they make the sushi. That being said their fish to rice ratio is great and the sushi they do serve is very good.

I’ve never had bad sushi at this place. Not to mention, the restaurant is SPOTLESS. The owners are very friendly, and the sushi is always fresh. The tempura shrimp roll is fantastic. The spicy tuna roll is the best in town!
