Beautiful restaurant/ambiance!! The staff was professional and knowledgeable about the food details when we asked questions about the entrees.
I ordered the Black Sea Bass - my first time ever having it and it was so tasty and cooked perfectly! It came with a gourmet puree, roasted multicolored carrots and caramelized cauliflower. My only regret is that I didn't order an appetizer!
My husband ordered the filet, and it was cooked to perfection (med-rare). The exterior was perfectly crispy & the inside was just the right temperature.
We dine out regularly at fine restaurants and Drusie & Darr will certainly be praised at any opportunity!!

This was honestly one of the best food and restaurant experiences I've ever had. The flavor profiles for each dish were both unique and delicious. My husband is very particular about steak and he said it was one of the best, if not the best, steaks he's ever had. That's saying a lot since he normally ends up disappointed at restaurants. The ambiance of the restaurant is wonderful and sleek and the table lamps make it a wonderful place to go for a relaxing and romantic night out. The cocktails were also made on point with unique touches such as ice cubes with flowers inside. We really cannot say enough good things about this restaurant and we will certainly be back.

We absolutely LOVE this restaurant. I have dined here twice now and all I can say is ...Warm Shrimp Salad and Crispy Sushi are a MUST!! Everything we tried was delicious, including desserts and cocktails. Can't recommend enough and will go back every time we are downtown. The place is gorgeous of course being in the Hermitage, also don't miss the pink bathroom ladies, very instagrammable:). This is a complete gem to Nashville, great score for the city!!

Drusie and Darr is elegant and timeless. From the grandiose interior arches to the expansive bar, this place is unlike any dining experience Nashville has seen before. The service was excellent and the staff was very welcoming. I was very pleased with the diversity of the menu— there’s truly something for everyone. P.S. check out the bathrooms. They’re fabulous. This essential dinner spot checks all the boxes— it’s a full experience in and of itself. I left feeling dazzled by the sheer beauty of every aspect and careful thought put into this restaurant. 5 stars all around!
