Such friendly people and the smoothies and acai bowls were absolutely amazing!! So fresh, flavorful, and just delicious.
Brought out of town friends here today and we all thoroughly enjoyed the protein shakes, smoothies, and toasts we ordered.
Was quite taken aback when I asked about nutritional information and was told, "our owner doesn't believe in nutrition." When she surely saw the puzzled look on my face, she rephrased, "not the numbers. We don't do numbers." Wut?
For those of us trying to manage blood sugar, macros, calories.... I'm here to say that we most definitely believe in nutrition AND numbers.
This is my least favorite e+rose location in Nashville, because it’s so inconsistent. Online orders are rarely correct - which is frustrating because added ingredients can add up $$$. By far this location is the most stingy with the toppings they remember to put on. Just a thin layer of maybe 1/2 teaspoon to 1 t of each topping. I had a sobro bowl with two strawberries on top. I had the pumpkin bowl with 1 whole pecan - if you put the chips together, maybe 1 teaspoon of almond butter, and 5 coconut flakes. This is super inconsistent with other locations. Sometimes I get a well made bowl here, but at $14 a pop, it’s such a gamble. The staff is friendly, though!
The smoothies and bowl were devoured before I got a chance for a pic. The Ginger Greens smoothie is one of the best smoothies I've ever had, and the shop accompdated my request for no pinneapple juice. The interior is so well organized behind the counter - I need to take tips for my own kitchen. The smoothie was so good I went back and stocked up on some bottled drinks for my roadtrip.
