Edley's Bar-B-Que

Stuck in Nashville for the past couple nights due to Southwest Airlines incompetency. Decided to give this place a shot, turned out to be some of the best BBQ I’ve had. I’m from TX, so I pride myself on knowing a good brisket when I taste it. Don’t hesitate visiting this spot, sides were fire too! (I had the grits, cornbread, & mac which were all fire! Wasn’t a huge fan of the potato salad to be honest). If I find myself flying through BNA again, I’ll make sure to stop back.

I got the 3 Star Platter. Great way to go if uncertain on choice of meat and if like me the 1st time eating here. It has Brisket, Pork, and Chicken plus get to pick 2 sides. I got the Mac n Cheese and Green Beans as my sides. Plus, I added Grits Casserole and Banana Pudding. It also comes with cornbread. The food was really good. The service was really good. The lady at the order counter was really helpful. I will definitely be back sometime when I'm in Nashville.

Another great meal at Edley's! First time at the Donelson location. Party of four. We had pulled pork sandwiches, side of Mac & cheese and potato salad, brisket tacos again as this time I tried the Brisket Nachos...house made chips yall! Plenty of sauce on the table...sweet tea as tasty as the last time. Service was quick and accurate. Diversified crowd, Lotta game watchers...try it, you'll like it!!

We ordered the brisket plate and bbq chicken plate. We had green beans, mac & cheese, and bbq beans for the sides. All the food was tasty. We like the beef brisket best. My second beer tasted like the glass was still soapy. They replaced the beer right away and the shift manager comp'd both beers. The service was good and all the employees we interacted with were very pleasant. It was a really good dinner and dining experience.

Well couldn't wait to try this Edley's love me a good brisket. My girl pickup lunch for me and her and I have to say was good . Not spectacular. We got the pulled pork and brisket sandwiches. Portion size for price was an issue. I could get a really nice size sliced brisket at Buckeys for half the price of edleys. Sorry to say that but it's true. And I found the flavor better with them as well . Brisket was moist and very good but it just lacked that wow factor. Then the three spoon serving of the Mac and cheese and coleslaw. Mac was good not a fan of slaw . Over all the decor was great really busy place . Good overall but size of meal not $16 dollar meal.
