Famous Dave's Bar-B-Que

Not really satisfied with Famous Dave's. Waited 30 minutes for a sweet water catfish dinner. The manager did comp me for it but I still had to warm it up when I got home 5 minutes away.

Always love Famous Dave’s. And may I commend their To Go staff. The To Go orders are always hot, fresh, and prepared as if you were sitting in the restaurant. If you order To Go from other places, you know what I’m talking about. Famous Dave’s ToGo orders are delicious, beautiful presentation, and a staff member happily delivers. ????????????????????????????????????????

What a wonderful experience. Great food, great service, great portions, really good prices. Feast for two covered all four of us. Highly recommend if you like a really good place to eat.

Good lunch value and food.

For a barbeque chain, Famous Dave's does it right. Consistent, high quality food in a comfortable and attractive setting. Wide choice of meat types, sides, beverages and sauces adds even more variety and makes coming back worthwhile. We enjoyed attentive service and the kind of quick food delivery you want at lunch -- all without feeling rushed.

I took my son to Famous Dave's because I've been there five or six times in the past and the food was excellent. My son got the nine Bone BBQ ribs and he absolutely loved them. I got the southern rib tips. The meat Under the Skin was really good. I didn't even dip them in the sauce, the meat was that good. But the skin on the outside was like chewing hard rubber. Out of maybe 8 or 10 tips that come with the serving, I only ate two. The greens were pretty good and the macaroni and cheese was kind of bland. The cornbread was excellent. The waitress was extremely friendly and courteous and she was Johnny on the spot if we needed anything. I'll go back to Famous Dave's but I won't be getting the rib tips again. Or the macaroni and cheese.
