Fantastic experience. Came on a Saturday and got lunch. The service was great and the food even better! Love having a fresh and healthy lunch option.

Very friendly wait staff. I had a turkey wrap that was very tasty! This place is close to my home and i think I'll be visiting here often. There was a stage (see pic) for open Mic maybe? The building looks small from outside, but there is plenty of seating. I'll go back when i have more time and report back... Stay tuned...

We’ve been looking for a coffee shop that compares to Crema that is closer to home. We’ve found it in Five String Garage.

Not only does it have great coffee but it also has really good pastries and excellent food. We were really surprised at how good the food is too.

We finally have a top notch coffee shop/restaurant in the area. Please join us becoming frequent patrons so we make sure they stay in business.

This review is for the coffee only, as we have yet to try any of the rest of the menu. We had the cold brew and caramel iced blended coffee and both were phenomenal, especially the cold brew- it was smooth and rich without having the overwhelmingly bitter aftertaste that many cold brews suffer from. The caramel iced blended coffee was everything one could want out of a drink like that: cold, sweet but not too sweet, and no gummy texture or aftertaste. Service was also fantastic- someone was at the front to take my order as soon as I walked in and even offered helpful suggestions, which puts this place head and shoulders above any other coffee shops that have cropped up in the area lately. We'll be back to try the food.

I love, love, love this little gem in Old Hickory! It's a great atmosphere, sort of like the vibe you would get from an East Nashville restaurant. The dinner entrees vary, but are always delicious. Also a great place to hang out with a glass of wine. I haven't been on one of the music nights, but plan to soon.
