We saw someone recommend this place on Facebook and it did not disappoint.

I got the “Smoky n’ Spicy Egg Breakfast Sandwich” *Add bacon.
The best breakfast sandwich I’ve had in Nashville and I take my breakfast. very. seriously.

The coffee was great as well. Medium roast, not too acidic. It was perfect.

I was craving a breakfast sandwich today at 4:00 PM. I was so stoked to discover this place serves one all day long. I got the smokey and spicy and added bacon. It was hands down the best breakfast sandwich I've ever had. Roseann told me that they used local bacon from East Nashville, which I really respected. It had onion jam and a chipotle mayo, what an awesome combo.Can"t wait to go back and try something else.

Adorable place with a great atmosphere. Staff is so nice and helpful. There’s a place for the kiddos to play, outdoor seating and live music on the weekends. Food is great and there’s something for every dietary need. Whether you’re gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian, keto, nut free, egg free or dairy free you can find something. Parking is also super easy. You can park across the street in the church parking lot, or in the garage. Definitely recommended.

The Tropical Buzz smoothie was delicious! I live in East Nashville and drive by GLO every morning on the way to work. Super excited to have a healthy and quick breakfast or lunch option that is so convenient. Staff is friendly and even got to meet the owner who is local- Bryan. I parked in the church parking lot across the street and had no issues. Highly recommend!

The baked oatmeal with cinnamon and vanilla is amazing. So so so good. Almost like a banana bread vibe. I also had a matcha latte. Organic local healthy options are finally growing in Nashville! They have so many good smoothie and salad choices for health conscious or even vegan diners. Can’t want to come back.
