Really quite surprised for a (nicer) chain restaurant. The decor is updated. Service was great, and all of the food was excellent. The steaks were perfectly cooked. The burger was meticulously stacked. I would definitely recommend this for a nice meal out.

Food is absolutely amazing. Lauren was an excellent server. I am definitely going to request to be seated in her section for now on. She provided an amazing experience at this restaurant.

Lauren is the best server I’ve ever had. Every time my boyfriend and I go we always ask for her. Tonight we put in a reservation and asked to sit in her section (we weren’t sat in her section unfortunately) but we still had great service and still got to see Lauren. She always comes by and says hey when we are there and if she ever notices my glass is empty or close to empty, she always asks “Diet Coke right? I got one coming”. I love that she’s so attentive, checks up on you more than most servers would and has the biggest smile when you see her. If you go to J Alexander’s on White Bridge, ASK TO SIT IN HER SECTION and you will have the best experience.

Very good place for lunch with a group of friends. The waitress was wonderfully accommodating to my gluten sensitivities and pointed out on the menu what would work for me. Grilled chicken salad was delicious, smoked salmon dip with carrots and celery even more so. Quiet enough to have a conversation without shouting, too. Definitely would go back.

WONDERFUL!!! Our visit here was our first. The food was flavorful, exquisitely prepared and served pleasantly! We had questions about some of the menu items and the waitress answered them kindly. Even while eating we asked about the recipe for one of the garnishes and the waitress inquired with the chef who willingly shared it. (Our visit was a couple years ago.)
