    We are going to miss our close to home location of J. Gumbos. Can now only get our cajun bowl fix in Belle Meade or Downtown. Sad day.

    We finally got around to trying this place, only to find out they are planning to close this location soon. It is delicious. Not sure if you will like a certain dish? They will give you a sample. Come try it while you can.

    This was my first experience with J Gumbo’s & Cajun food. I didn’t know what to expect but Dave explained what the menu had & offered all the samples to me before any choices were made. Portion size was more than enough & prices were way less then I would have thought. Everything was great. The only thing that would be better is if it was in Murfreesboro.

    Great food, especially for the price. It was my first time here and staff was super friendly to everyone that walked in. It was nice you could try before you buy. Will definitely be going again, and we love that it is veteran owned
