Jack in the Box

My kids and I are here because we evacuated from Hurricane Dorian in Florida. We had never heard of Jack in the Box before. The neighborhood is a little shady, but the rest is great!! We received awesome customer service from the cashier and manager. My daughter is allergic to tomatoes and they were very helpful. The cashier told us the items on the burger we were ordering and made sure that the sandwiches did not have tomatoes on them. The burger was really good. Awesome way to end our trip to the Nashville Zoo.

Excellent service from everyone especially the Assistant Manager Jasmine. People like her are hard to find, I hope they treat her good. A+++

Although the store is located in a very sketchy area, the management tries to keep people from bothering customers as best as they can.
I have always received great service at this location. Even though items are made to order, you still get through the drive thru quickly. Staff has gone above and beyond on multiple occasions to provide great service.

Everyone here is wonderful, helpful, and friendly! They rarely get my order wrong, and they’re really good about fixing it, when it happens. I’m happy to come in here!

Driving thru Nashville to Atlanta and stopped for food. This is my first time trying jack in the box. I got the classic buttery burger. It’s just okay. Nothing special. It the curly fries were hot and crispy and good!
