Beef brisket tasted amazing. The sauces could use some work though. The only one I really cared for was the hybrid sauce. Its got a good kick

What the place lacks in decor makes up for in food. The smell of the smoke when you walk in makes your mouth water. We had brisket and pulled pork which were each delicious. The sauce is good but the meat doesn’t really need it. My wife is still talking about the sweet potatoes. She is tiny and never eats big portions, but I swear she ate her weight in those sweet potatoes! Can’t wait to go back to Jacks... I mean Nashville!

I've posted a review of this place on two different platforms! That's how special it is! The staff was extremely fun and polite! The food was flavorful and not over cooked. Very fresh. I would definitely recommend this place. It was packed when we got there and the same when we left. The staff said hello to us and made sure to say goodbye as we left!

Amazing Barbecue!!! For real BBQ this is the place to go.This is by far the best we've had! We've been to lots of Ribfests with different ribs and smoked meat that can't compare. Love the casual no frills environment. The sides were great too. Can't wait to visit again soon next time we are in Nashville.

So, I smoke meat and I do a damn good job. We are in Nashville, from Ohio on a baseball trip. Let me tell you, this is the best BBQ from a restaurant I've EVER eaten in my 39 years, my son said "Dad this is better than yours". I immediately responded "yes it is". My son and I both ordered the 3 meat combo ($16.50). I had smoked sausage, brisket and ribs. My Son ordered pulled pork, ribs and smoked sausage. All 4 meats we tried were 100% smack your Mama delicious. For sides we ordered mac n cheese, baked apples, and potato salad, all done with a perfect southern comfort food touch. Their are some pretty reputable BBQ joints in town (we've tried 3 now), Jack's wins and it's not close. We are stopping by again before we leave to take some home to my daughter and DW. Awesome job, I tip my hat to the entire crew!
