(August 24, 2019, 10:00 pm)I've never had Jimmy John's before, but I ordered one from the West End store for lunch today at work and it was amazing. Literally the best sandwich I've ever had. It took 13 minutes from the time I ordered it online to get to me. Bonus points for bringing it right to the nurses station at my hospital right where I indicated with no issues. Will definitely order again.

(August 13, 2019, 7:31 pm)This Jimmy John's tastes great and is fast like all Jimmy Johns. My only issue is the lack of parking. Would be better if I was getting delivered. It was impossibly small at the front.

(August 4, 2019, 7:00 pm)Always fast, like the advertise, sandwiches are exactly as ordered. I spoke with a woman on the phone today who handled my online order issue so well. She was courteous and addressed the issue and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Very pleased with this location.
