Pleasantly surprised with the quality and service, especially for a chain!

Johanna, our server, was exceptional and had the best timing. Steak salad, queso app, and Bloody Mary all delicious. Pleasant atmosphere.

UPDATE:

RECENT TRIP AND HAD A PORTERHOUSE STEAK.
Decided to give them yet another try. I still want my steak well done.
I am not wanting my steak to moo.

Asked for no spices on it...nothing.

It came. It was tough on half of it and inedible.
Period.
Done with EVER GETTING A STEAK FROM THEM AGAIN.

I will one day try something else maybe...but no more steaks for me.

I can make a better steak on my grill at home.
Waiter was friendly and nice. His name was Long ..

Coffee was excellent.

We went on a very busy night. We didn't receive our food until we had been there 45 minutes. However, we were compensated for our wait and everyone we encountered was very helpful and kind. The food was outstanding. We would go again, but maybe at an earlier time in the evening to avoid crowds.

Came in Father’s Day, and we still had excellent service. Our food came out quickly and it was delicious. The wait staff was attentive. Look forward to when I might come back!

It was a nice experience. I wanted a prime rib but they were out. So my husband and I both had a ribeye steak. It looked really nice. It was good, and very tender. I also had sweet potato and the house salad with blue cheese dressing. The blue cheese dressing was very good it had little chunks of blue cheese in it. I do suggest this establishment if you want a good tender steak.
