Marché is a cute little cafe located near Five Points in East Nashville. They are usually very busy but offer wait-list via Yelp app. The smoke salmon was delicious and fresh, and the iced coffee was refreshing! Highly recommend for brunch.
Great little find in East Nashville. As a near vegan eater, I find the menu heavily loaded with eggs, meat & dairy, but could easily navigate around those items. However, one wish is that the chefs would make the crepes to order. I realize this could get tricky in a high volume restaurant, but it'd be so worth it for the customer. Or at least provide a pecan crepe without all of the sugar and cream cheese.
The proprietor is a true Frenchman (great accent) and carries a fascinating collection of indigenous goods. We love French pastries and his wife produces our favorites in all Nashville. The dining area crowds in one too many tables, however.
Had a little wait for the table, but their app that tells you when the table is ready allows you to have a look around 5 points while you wait and not miss your table. The food and service were more than worth the wait, the cheese grits are one of the tastiest things I've tasted while over here in the USA. Friendly helpful service, and great atmosphere. Absolutely a must visit if you're in Nashville.
Best breakfast I’ve had in Nashville! I got local peaches and honey over ricotta toast, a golden milk hot tea type drink, oatmeal with peaches and an egg. All was incredible. Also, my boyfriend got the grits and I found that those were amazing as well - cheesy style. Must go!!!
