    Excellent, fresh sushi with great drink and sushi options on the menu. Highly recommend this spot!

    Excellent addition to East Nashville. Awesome sashimi and service is second to none. Love coming here regularly

    Hands down one of the best sushi spots in town. Fresh, authentic, and with a great menu variety that features classics and truly original dishes as well. I probably come here way more than I should, but the amazing hospitality and quality food keeps me from feeling guilty! Love love love Maru and what they bring to the neighborhood.

    I think it's about scope: for Nashville? Ya it's great; Compared to Japan/NYC/LA? You prob know the answer.

    I think this deserves 4 stars for Nashville but I really hope it's soon a 3-star given the quality of restaurants coming in, which is really exciting.

    Staff are great, chef's clearly can prepare a meal. The main problem here is the fish quality. Switch distributors or try something new. It's just not fresh, clearly unfrozen.

    Also - hope you like K-Pop while you eat.
