    Let me make it clear...i don't hate this MacDonald's, but I wish they would fix their shake machine. I have never been there when it works.

    Often ran by teens with little life experience. I have had several mess ups and bad attitudes here. The other day an older lady wanted to charge me for a syrup for my hot cakes. But when she went to get someone to ring it up they told her to just give it to me. I have had good experiences too. But more bad. Management; there is alot of room for improvement! It would be great if you could fully staff and strongly emphasize friendly customer service in training and in the work day!
