Metro Diner

My family decided to dine here after Church Service. 15 minute wait - so not a long wait. The food was good, but carry you some hand sanitizer when you go. I went to the bathroom to wash my hands, MISTAKE! I guess no one had bathroom duty. Then the waitress served my son some brown water and me a brown Sprite. When I brought it to her attention she advised that the glasses were stained from sweet tea. If the glasses are stained then it is time to throw them out (in my opinion). And what is in the sweet tea that it is staining glasses? Once we got past all of that, the food was good.

Just what I was expecting! I went in with high hopes, and my expectations were met above and beyond! Thank you for the lovely experience! The food was fresh, and excellent! Slow, and low, no flavor is lacking in their food! The service was friendly, spot-on, and attentive! I am very pleased with my first visit, and I will be going back here again!

My first time here and it was delicious! The wait was 20-25 minutes, so we opted to sit at the bar. I ordered the chicken and waffles and my boyfriend ordered the western omelet. We did have the mimosas. The manager brought our food out and immediately he noticed the butter on the waffle was melted and insisted on bringing out a new waffle where the butter isn’t melted. I didn’t understand why because it didn’t make a difference to me, but his service did mean a lot to me! It showed me he cares about not only the appearance of the food but his customers as well. I will definitely be back. Even the waiter at the bar was very nice. If your looking for good food and service definitely give MetroDiner a try! You won’t be disappointed.

Tried this diner for the first time and was not disappointed. The food was great, our server Bryan did an excellent job even though the place was packed out. I heard some customers complaining that they had been waiting for 10 minutes which was not unexpected considering the place was packed wall to wall. Our service was good in spite of that. Prices are reasonable also. I will definitely go back.
