Morton's The Steakhouse

If you are looking for a place downtown for a quick bite before an evening event, check out the bar in Morton’s. We stopped at Morton’s bar last night before a sold our concert at Bridgestone Arena on a Monday night after work. The bar serves great happy hour bar bites that are the same quality as the restaurant food. The service is just about the best in Nashville. We left there in high spirits to join the thousands of people walking to the show, feeling relaxed and pleasantly full.

Morton's was fantastic! Everyone from the host to the manager gave us a respectable and up scale experience. The manager actually came to our table and checked on us. The steak was amazing and they have all the fine drinks you could ask for. They treated everyone as if they were the most important guests in the place. Would love to go back and eat there again!

We called Morton's Steakhouse for a reservation and was told the the entire restaurant was rented out for the evening. The manager called us back a little later and asked if we would mind sitting at a table in the bar? We took them up on the offer and was really glad we did. The table was in front of the window and we had a server for our group of ten to ourselves. The service was great and the food was exceptional. The meal was a little pricey for the 10 of us but that was expected. I am sure you will enjoy yourself at Morton's Steakhouse.

An exquisite steak house with a ritzy yet relaxed atmosphere. The servers here are top notch, polite, and prompt. I appreciate that they ask about your schedule so that the meal can be paced how you need it. We started with the bacon wrapped scallops which were the largest, best cooked scallops I had ever had. Each of us ordered a steak that came out cooked exactly to the requested temperature. The flavor and texture of the steak was second to none. We wrapped up the meal with dessert cocktails. The key lime martini tastes loke the most decadent pie whipped in a martini glass. They also have an extensive wine list and full service bar. April, our server, was amazing and made the experience wonderful.
