    Great place to eat a casual breakfast (much better than a fast food joint). You can get a freshly made breakfast sandwich that includes your choice of egg, protein, cheese and bread all for under $5. They have a great loyalty program. Not only do I go there for breakfast from time to time, I head there when I want a great salad. For a single person like myself, I can customize my salad to to fit my taste for under $10 without having to worry about spoilage of the vegetables that I will not eat.

    I went last week and received the wrong food during my visit. I shared that feedback on the Panera survey and immediately received a call from Matthew at the downtown location. He listened as I shared my experience and offered me a free meal to make up for it. Great customer service, Panera. You should reward Matthew for taking care of his customers!

    These folks are great. Had a little 911 at work and needed breakfast for 35 people Now. They did it. I wish I asked the girl's name who helped me. She's there a lot and just super. Anyway, they have great food and drinks but their staff makes them stand out.1

    Nice and quiet place fantastic service great price very affordable than most I have been to nice ambiance with outdoor seating the signs aren't easily visible I thought
