Panera Bread

This is my favorite Panera location in TN + my favorite breakfast anywhere. Over easy eggs w vegs on ciabatta #1, then quiche, wraps, bagels. Exotic fruit +tea drinks. The ppl are wonderful +the faculty is clean. Great A/C +WIFI. Nice patio for bringing the pups. They have a drive thru as well. Quiet neighborhood feel. Highly recommended.

I had the seasonal green salad & every vegetables & lettuce was nothing but fresh & delicious ! Very recommend!!

We do not have a Panera Bread where we live so every opportunity to eat at one we take. This meal was just as good as any other one.

*It does seem Panera is trying to eliminate human labor. When you walk in there are 4 kiosks to self order. You can also sit down and order from your table via mobile phone. The third option is a staff member and register. This may seem more convenient and/or efficient but the tables weren't wiped down the floors looked horrible and the dish return was beyond over flowing with dirty plates that sits in the middle of the restaurant. FYI...it was 2 in the afternoon so not overly busy at all. Paneras attempt to be more efficient in ordering has house keeping extremely lacking.

The manager was working hard and a few employees seemed competent. They may need some help though as complaints about the coffee were heard, and some of the drinks were empty. I was disappointed to see my full salad was equal in size to the half. Next time I'll save my money and go half.

I Love Panera Bread. The food is always good. Healthy too! The young woman at the counter was very professional and polite. It's good to see a smiling face these days.
