Everyone is very nice and the store is always clean but their prices are high. That's the only reason I don't give 5 stars.

Small n tight. Lucky to find a spot. Western Express terminal is next door but their Bobtails are taking full spots. It would be nice if mangers can ask them to double park so we guys with trailers can get spots

This is the only gas station I've ever been to that will actually greet you with a ,"Hello, welcome to Pilot," as you enter. The staff is very friendly and polite. Beer section is a little short on options, but always cold.

It's a tiny older pilot, limited parking, 2 showers small fuel island, it's definitely not an easy in or out. I will say this, and then it's why I gave it more then 1 star. It is a busy busy busy pilot, and the staff is always non stop, they are friendly and polite and care about customer service. If my company yard was not near by would I stop here no, but can't say I would at any of Nashville truck stops either.
