Pollo Campero

You have the option of Peruvian style (grilled chicken)and traditional Campero style (fried chicken). You can't go wrong with either choice and I would pair it with platanos, Yuca (must try with the Campero sauce). The service is always great and welcoming to all!!

Delicious fried chicken. I had the half chicken dinner. It was a good amount of food. Very well seasoned. I had the beans and cole slaw for my side dishes. The beans were good but I didn't like the slaw. I am very picky about slaw. I had the corn tortillas and that was an interesting opportunity.

I was seriously missing my Peruvian Grilled Chicken place in DC, and this gets a wee close to my favorite. The grilled chicken is quite good and the fried is so crispy and flavorful. They've got fried plantains and my much sought after fried Yucca!!! Worth a trip and the wait. Fantastic staff, very clean and reasonably priced!

So they forgot my corn salad and the reaction of the person bringing our food was , “ o well I didn’t charge you for it anyway”.( In Spanish though)After a minute that I realized she is just not gonna bring it I went back to the register to order it again. Food was very good though.

Always passed by this place and I'm glad I stopped by. I got a family meal, half fried and half grilled with rice, beans, corn salad, and plantains. The fried chicken was so flavorful and juicy. The grilled was good but I prefer the fried. Best side was corn salad. The beans was better than the rice. Must try if you want fried chicken but not your normal fried chicken
