I'm thrilled with the sprouts from Radical Shoots! We visit the Nashville Farmers Market almost every weekend for fresh produce, and we never miss grabbing a package. James and his team are incredibly thoughtful; they help you choose the perfect variations and even let you sample the sprouts before making your selections. These sprouts elevate our salads, soups, and meals, adding a beautiful touch while also promoting digestion and reducing inflammation. It's truly a foodie's paradise!

These guys have the most heart of any business I’ve seen in Nashville, and they’re located in a beautiful greenhouse in the center of the farmer’s market.

James is the nicest dude you’ll ever meet. He always takes time to explain the history and science behind micros to new customers. He is clearly passionate about growing healthy, sustainable food for Nashvillians, it can be seen in the meticulous and caring way he treats his plants.

Things to note when visiting: Radical Shoots is clearly a growing business. The greenhouse has had major upgrades just in the past week, and its owners continue to update their growing and selling methods. Visitors should be aware that the limited staff can also lead to long wait times during peak market hours. They also tend to sell out by 2pm, so it’s best to visit the greenhouse earlier during weekends.

All in all, an exciting, enriching experience in the middle of Nashville. Must-see!

The Founder James is very passionate about the brand and is extremely enthusiastic about the benefits of microgreens. The greenhouse is filled with the most diverse assortment of greens I’ve seen in Middle TN as well as tons of additional products like bread made using microgreens and planters !
