Always a great time. Staff is excellent and very attentive. Food is good as well. They are slacking on cleanliness though. A lot of spider webs around the outside and going into bathrooms. Also bathrooms need an update and major cleaning. It is time to pit a little elbow grease in and it could look top notch again. 3 stars only because they need to clean it up. Even outside by band area The material above where you sit is all moldy and again spider webs. C'mon shipwreck dont turn into a shipwreck. We like coming to visit!!!

Great location on the water. I have eaten here twice and the food has been good both times. Parking is a little far from the restuarant since they don't allow visitors to park close to the dock.

The waitress was very attentive and I could see all the staff was happy and smiling. Good vibes are contagious. I had the club sandwich and it was definitely in the top 5 around here.

The lake is very large, about 20 square miles or so, and the scenery all around the area is just beautiful with trees and tiny islands of trees here and there. There are ducks in the water that are accustomed to people, so they were just calmly swimming around. The water is not clear, as lakes usually aren't, but the water is clean and warm for late June. It is a very deep lake; about 100 feet depending on where you are. There are many private marinas where you can buy a membership to dock your boat in one of the many slips. From what I understand there are no public boat launches, but I could be wrong about that. There is a beach area that is public access.
If you want to go have a wonderful, peaceful day on the water, I highly recommend this lake.
