Shoney's Nashville

It was awesome! The ribs and meatloaf was all I needed to see to go with the buffet. Full on country fare, mashed potatoes, gravy, green beans, fried chicken strips, pork chops, it felt a lot like thanksgiving dinner. The wait staff was very friendly, it has a full bar. Highly recommended!

So excellent since their renovation. The staff is superbly friendly and the food is great! I love the omelets and the breakfast buffet. The orange juice is fresh squeezed. They are doing a wonderful job!

Everyone was so friendly! Clean areas, too. I had the buffet. It was very good. The second visit I had an omelet. It was good, but thin and flat. I thought omelets were supposed to be fluffy! That was a little puzzling, but it tasted good. And they welcomed our service dogs, which my friend and I both appreciated. Our two little dogs are so quiet and well-behaved, no one else even knew they were with us. My friend has a Silky Terrier diabetic alert dog, and I have a Chihuahua diabetic alert dog. We keep them with us all the time, everywhere. Mine has saved my life several times. We really appreciate Shoney's welcoming them. They are genuine service dogs, and bc of all the fakes out there, a lot of places give us issues over them. Thank you!

The atmosphere is great, the staff as well. The breakfast is good. They have the usual on the breakfast buffet bar: Eggs, sausage/bacon, fried bologna, biscuit/gravy, waffle & French toast sticks, fruit and pastries and little fried chicken tenders. The only thing I would change is something different as far as food choices. It's the same items every time I've gone.
