Slim & Husky's Pizza Beeria

I loved Slim and Husky. I loved the whole idea behind the three African American men from Tennessee State University making pizza. They took pizza to a whole new level!! The group that I travelled with from New Jersey tried most of the different specialty pizzas. I tried the PREAM.. Um um good.. It was so good I went two days in a row.

I definitely would recommend when your in the area.

Slim and Husky's is a great concept in the Buch. Great, made to order, custom pizza that come in a slim (medium) or a husky (large). ????

You choose the sauce, veggies, and meat, and watch your creation get fired before your eyes.
The result is a fresh, flavorful pie that's ready that you can pair with great, local craft beers. ????

The vibe is modern industrial with paintings by local artists, and the music will have you head nodding some of the greats hip hop and R&B from 90s and early 2000s ????️????

Best pizza in town! Your pizza is a canvas. You can choose from the dozen of toppings, try some of their handcrafted local beer, and enjoy the beautifully decor. Long lines but worth the wait. They have the roll out restaurant right across the street if you want to order online and pick up

I loved the pizza they served! The selection of pizza is sauces is great, and even better is their choices of toppings. The ground vegan soy was delicious, and so were smoked salmon and shrimp. The reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5 is their prices. Husky size is $15 and it just about filled me. If I am paying that much, I expect the pizza to be enough for 2 people.

The pizza is some of the best in town, but it's pricey. The environment is clean and cozy, and everyone seems to be happy to be there, probably because the pizza is so good. A slim sized pizza will fill you up, a husky is probably enough to feed two people or one very hungry person. Better prices would get a 5 star from me for sure. The parking is nice, too.
