(October 27, 2019, 4:41 am)Some of the best food I’ve had in Nashville. Sweet, salty, fresh and savory flavors all balanced perfectly. I highly suggest the AM Superfood Bowl. Only con are the high prices on some menu items. However, it’s worth a splurge as a treat every once in a while.

(October 15, 2019, 7:03 pm)The breakfast bowls are so yummy! I enjoy having fresh meals that are homemade without me having to do the cooking or clean up. I'll be back from Oregon in November!

(August 25, 2019, 7:36 pm)A healthy place next to a bookstore. Avacado Toast is beyond yummy. Menu a little pricey. Great salads. Food comes tableside quickly and they do takeout really well.

(June 21, 2019, 7:46 pm)I came in here for lunch during my break at work, and I got my food very quickly, which is a definite plus!
The salad I got was awesome and pretty big. I was worried the $11.99 was too much for a salad, and while it is still above my price point in general, it was definitely delicious.
Service was above-and-beyond friendly while still being genuine, which is why I gave 5 stars. Looking forward to coming during a breakfast time for some coffee and seeing how that is.
