My first visit to Sunda was great. We sat at the bar and were seen to immediately for brunch. The interior is lovely and very clean. I was impressed with the menu - not too much but still a lot of variety. Overall very pleased with the service and the food. I will definitely be coming back for dinner service.
Very popular place with nice seating, large eat-at bar, and great atmosphere. Good service and delicious food. I had spicy shrimp sushi which was packed with tasty ingredients. Also had an Old Fashioned which was very good! Reservations recommended since it was really crowded.
Dinner yesterday was fantastic. We were at Sunda New Years Eve day and it was a very unacceptable experience in every way. I let the establishment know and they immediately reached out to learn more. The General Manager agreed that it was an off night and asked us to come back to give them another chance. WHAT A GAME CHANGER! The food was impeccable and the waiter fantastic. Thanks Sunda for caring enough to make things right for your customers. We will be back.
I had previously tried this place not long after they opened and the experience wasn’t stellar. The GM reached out to me personally and sent a gift card to give them another shot. Tonight, we went back and had Kevin as our server who was amazing! We got the Dragonfly Roll (which was awesome), the Street Corn (AMAZING), the Szechuan Chicken (good), and the Garlic Noodles (great). Overall, our experience was very good. We will definitely be back!
Every time I come here the food is typically very delicious. Most recently I popped in for a quick appetizer. The Pork belly steamed buns were spot on incredible and perfectly prepared, however, the Korean fried chicken steamed buns lacked spice and flavour.
Bartender was quite attentive, hospitable and kind, but didn’t have knowledge of a popular classic cocktail that I requested.
Off duty employee was at Bar top talking about how much money he made during his last couple shifts. This is tacky and unprofessional when there are guests present.
