TGI Fridays

After being seated it took 15mins of no service for us to flag down Bert, who readily took our drink orders. After giving us our drinks we were ready to order our food, and he took care of that for us too. The food was good, but it wasn't until we had already finished eating that someone was able to give us refills on our drinks.

Thankfully we weren't on any kind of time crunch, but the service shouldn't be this slow... Thank you, Bert, for helping us when we asked.

I had great service sitting at the bar. Bartenders Liz and Charles were super attentive and drinks were great! Atmosphere was easy going and laid back. Manager Gary made rounds to make sure everything was going smoothly. I would 10/10 recommend if you are in the area to stop by this Friday’s.

Great experience. Arrived at opening. Had endless apps, chicken sandwich, and cajun pasta for our party. Sandwich came out minus avocado but was corrected. Waitress was pleasant and food was great. Wasn't too loud until around noon. Great time.

Food was good. Service was good. Bathrooms clean. Menus could use a cleaning and booth could have been wiped off better before seating us. They did slightly mess up order by giving me fries instead of salad ???? but did rectify that by quickly bringing the salad. All and all a decent experience and I recommend TGIF over Chills at Opry Mills Mall.
