Everything is prepared fresh and just for you. Plus, each bite is explained along the way. Prepare for a culinary experience like you've never had before.

It made for a great memory for our Anniversary dinner.

Some truly exceptional, challenging and interesting dishes but also a number of dishes that missed the mark for the price point. If the cost was 1/2 of what it is, this would have been worth it but for over $1000 dollars this was so-so. This does not compare to 3 Michelin star restaurants I have eaten in for less money. The cadence of food at times is either too slow or too fast. The service otherwise was very good. The dishes at the beginning of the meal were much better than at the end. The wine pairings were good-ish but not excellent. The add-on dishes were were excessive and not worth it.

We went to Catbird this past Friday. I can only compare this to Beckon in Denver (we love Beckon). Similarly, each dish is a unique blend of flavors and textures. There were surprises throughout the entire experience. It was the staff, though, that truly impressed. They worked so well together, like a cog in a wheel. Their tenacity and attention to detail was absolutely incredible. And to think they had been there since 10am and worked until 2am!

We also wanted to give a shout-out to the sommelier. Few guests asked questions and he spent a great deal of time with us explaining sake (origins, ingredients, flavors, etc).

My only critique was the noise level- I could barely here the staff explaining the dishes.

This is truly an incredible experience. I would highly recommend.

A really unique culinary experience. 16 amazing creative courses to get you out of your food comfort zone and living your Top Chef judging dream. The bathroom experience adds another dimension. When it is over you will have had the time if my life!

Worth the hype! We loved every course. Did the wine pairing, which was good, could of leaned on the pour a bit more, but it was good. Highly recommend giving it a try. Will be back.
