My newest find that’s even closer to me than Dozen and Falcon. The breakfast sandwiches are perfect and they have some delicious beverage selections!

Hoping this gem continues to stay hidden even though I’m writing a public review ab it. ????

Best sandwiches in Nashville! If you haven't tried the balto with chipotle aioli sauce yet, you're missing out. The customer service is always amazing.

Great for coffee, lunch, or an after work beer! I like to go in frequently to see the changing local art for sale, the handmade goods and furniture, the plant selection, and to chat with the very friendly and knowledgeable owners. They also host classes and events: I’ve seen a magic show, bands, and art crawls there! And there’s plenty of free parking!

An amazing little hidden gem in a unique development. Attached to a maker space as well as other artisanal businesses, the owner,Juan and staff will greet you with a smile and treat you like an old friend. They serve great coffee, sandwiches, bagels, sweet snacks and drinks (including beer). Great place to hide out, make some calls do a little work on the laptop and take a break from a hectic day. They are currently adding a covered outdoor patio and seating area. These guys support the arts and artists. I highly recommend!
