Tokyo Japanese Steak House

Ordered vegetable platter to go and I wasn't to pleased with the overall taste but the service was amazing. They charge for every damn thing lol. I don't really care for their homemade yum yum sauce either. This was my first time visiting as I was in town for my birthday but I don't think I would be back.

Very good Japanese hibachi show restaurant. Service is reasonable. The food taste good and the prices are reasonable.

My favorite place to get sushi and hibachi in Middle Tennessee. However, my best experience is at the mother restaurant in Smyrna, TN. They have the freshest sushi I have tried, and I have tried quite a bit. Ask for the volcano roll. It is AMAZING!

Filling. Nicely priced. Tasty. Good service. Not a fan of the auotomatic 18% gratuity. They saved me 2%... Silverware/ utensils marks it a 3star dining. Suggestion. Upgrade the flatware from cafeteria flatware.

If you’re here to sit at the grill and have the whole hibachi experience - it’s great! the chefs are fun and personable. But I highly recommend avoiding sitting in their traditional dining room area. I have given this place multiple tries, thinking maybe I caught them on a bad night.. Every visit my service is sub par and borderline frustrating. Once the server takes your order, they are nowhere to be found for the duration of your dinner. So forget it if you need a refill or attention for something. On the plus side, the food comes out pretty fast. I’m in the service industry and I’m very patient and understanding when it comes to dining out. But there is simply no excuse for the lack of attention they give to their guests.
