It is tightly found within a relatively small gas station, and so the make table (where the prep food) is not too far from the register and all the other items of a typical gas station counter. I did watch them put on new gloves between prepping food and going to register. Technically, it is not that different from any other typical subway that has decent food for the price. My rating is based on the genre of food and in no way compares it to that of the best food ever, but a comparison to a typical subway. I would have preferred that there be more area that separated the food from the rest of the gas station counter.
