The Retreat At Center Hill Lake and Hickory Cafe

We spent three days at this facility hosting a Pastors Retreat for 24 people and couldn’t have been more pleased! The views were wonderful, the food was delicious, and the rooms were great. Brian and Tina were outstanding folks to work with and they made our time at the Retreat Center perfect. I highly recommend this facility to any group!

There can never be enough thank yous nor enough "God bless yous" to this retreat location and the extraordinary workers. Tears of joy when I finally arrived on Monday and tears of determination to return again after checking out on Friday. Everyone needs a place to refresh and escape the demands of work and ministry...a place to renew your mind, body, soul and spirit. Thank you for blessing me to do them all.

Our preschool was there for 2 days in July for a professional development work event. It was wonderful! Peaceful setting, clean rooms, useful meeting space (loved the kitchen area!), and what a view! Thankful to have the meals on site, too. Everyone was so hospitable and helpful. We are hoping to make this our regular training spot!

I can’t say enough positive things about our recent visit to The Retreat at Center Hill.
From the ease of making reservations to the many ways the Director Jamie did his best to accommodate our many varying requests, we were more than happy to have chosen The Retreat for our gathering. With 50 family members coming from all parts of the US and internationally it took a bit of planning. Jamie was always available to answer questions in the months before we arrived and was there onsite throughout our stay to ensure we had everything we needed.
The food at The Hickory Cafe was delicious and delivered with a smile! We had three catered meals along with the Friday night buffet and all exceeded our expectations! Big thank you to both Gina and Jamie!
The rooms were very nice and the beds especially comfortable!
Thank you again for being a beautiful back drop for family reacquainting and reconnecting.

Wow this place was absolutely beautiful and so peaceful! My husband and I just spent one night here but wished we had spent more time! We stayed in one or the lodges with a huge king size bed and a beautiful lake view! Breakfast was lovely...especially the freshly made cinnamon rolls that Gina made! The staff was so friendly and helpful, especially when we first checked in, Tina was so welcoming and answered all our questions! Thanks Gina and Tina and the rest of the staff! You all are doing a great job!
