“This was the first time we've eaten at Colton's Steakhouse. We were seated right away. Our server Rachel and the food were completely amazing. My husband had the 16oz Ribeye covered in sauteed mushrooms and onions with a house salad and a buttered baked potato. I had the 6oz Sirloin covered in sauteed mushrooms with a house salad and baked sweet potato smothered in brown sugar and cinnamon. Oh and wonderful fresh, hot, buttery sweet dinner rolls. Everything was prepared perfectly! Rachel was very friendly and on point. She continually kept our drinks filled and checked to be sure we were enjoying our meal, all the while taking care of the other customers in her section. Rachel, you rock!!! Thank you!!! We will definitely eat at Colton's Steakhouse again soon!!!”

“My extended family doesn't often go out to restaurants, but on a whim we came here. To start, the wait was significant. We expected that since it was several of us, but it got to the point where we considered leaving. We didn't. After being seated our server was fantastic. The guy was personal to each of us, checked on us regularly, and even joked with my kids. He was great. The food was decent. Location was clean. Honestly the only thing preventing this from being 5 stars was the long wait.”

“We had a great experience at this particular Cracker Barrel , We arrived tired and hungry close to closing, after a long day of driving. They took care of us quickly and it was good fresh hot food. “Salad bar was good. Service was good. However; there was a wasp flying around our table & the lady behind us said she was allergic to them. My sister got the guy from the front door to help. He stood up on our table, knocked the lamp shade off the light which fell onto my glass of tea & knocked it all over my seat & purse. He killed the wasp. He went to get a towel which he wiped my seat out with (dumping all the ice onto the floor, which he left). He wiped the table off. Never offered to replace my drink or give me anything to wipe my purse off with?? It was a weird experience.”

“I have to be honest, I typically don’t expect much in terms of customer service when I choose Taco Bell. This location, however, blew me away. The gentlemen who were working there were all extremely friendly and charismatic. I was greeted with a smile as soon as I walked in, and I was even asked how my day was. You can tell they are all genuinely awesome guys. I stopped there to grab something to eat while driving for work, but the experience truly did brighten my day and put me in a better mood. Other fast food locations could learn a great lesson from this one.”

“Boyfriend just got a grilled bacon chicken avacado BLT. Would've been wonderful but they did not put the bacon on it. Did not have to Boo books for Halloween to donate towards proceeds & get 5 free frosties. I was at a Pilot one also. It's Truckers Appreciation month. Have two days to save $2 on a Wendy's combo connected to a Pilot or Flying J Pilot. Refused to take the $2 off for a save. Management needs to have this location better on top of things to have A-1 Business.”

“The outside appearance and interior decor are not stylish, but this roadside eatery is worth driving a few extra miles. It was our first visit and we had breakfast. The portions are generous, the food is prepared perfectly and very tasty. Our waitress, Rachel, was the epitome of friendliness and efficiency. Despite only having one cook, the food was on our table in no time. Our coffee cups were kept filled and the bill was more than reasonable. The lunch menu looked great enough to entice me back for a meat and three lunch. The food was great. Rachel was great. The prices were great. We will be back. If you haven’t eaten there, you need to. (They are only open for breakfast and lunch, closing around 2PM most days, but check the hours out as they can vary.)”
