    My family of 9 visited here at what we thought was an hour and 15min before closing and were promptly seated and served with great service the staff was very helpful and courteous and our food was amazing when we got our check and got up to leave we learned that they had actually closed 15min after we arrived. We then apologized and asked why they didnt tell us they were about to close when we arrived and they said it was their jobs to be there. They went above and beyond!!

    Our waitress was awesome. Quick,friendly, and knowledgeable about the new menu items. My fish was good, my wife's burger was perfect. The best hamburger either of us had in quite awhile. The hash brown casserole was better than usual.
    The store side staff was friendly and helpful. Super happy with this Cracker Barrel.

    Usually good depending on location. Jackson store often has dirty silverware, warmed over bread, and hash browns casserole. Coffee not consistently good. Microwave bacon is not good.

    Our meal was very good. The price was reasonable. Our waiter (Seth) made our visit even better. If you visit try the grilled trout.
