    Good food, friendly staff. Newbern is lucky to have a restaurant like this.

    Today we said goodbye to our uncle Carl King. And the staff treated our family to a well rounded meal so we could all gather and be together as Carl would have wanted. I could go on and on about the food but for anyone who has been here before you already knows. But more heart felt and blessed more then anything was to have the honor to gather as one and remember Carl as he wished
    Thank you for giving our family the opportunity to have this moment together. To say it was a blessing is beyond an understatement. From the entire King and if I may speak for the Ozment family side as well Thank You.

    This was catfish Friday! Food was really good. If you like blackened catfish, just request it. It is awesome! The cook aims to please!
