“We love Gus's Chicken first experience was in Memphis 4 years ago and now when we travel down south from Michigan it's a must this time traveling through Dyersburg we had the pleasure of meeting one of the kindest employees named Ski and he told us the history of Gus"s he seemed to be a proud employee. Our food was excellent even though that day they were limit to just breast and thighs but still that didn't stop us we ordered 2 meals and a 8 price bucket to go as well!”

“If you get near the courthouse square in Dyersburg, give Merry Castle a shot! Make no mistake about thinking “health food” is on the menu. This is straight-up “the good stuff”! Great service and spot-on prices too. If you aren’t taking your order home/back to work, be mindful that there is no indoor seating. This is a burger stand. There are, however, a couple of gazebo covered ~dine in~ areas if the weather is good. Merry Castle has been around forever for a reason; it just plain works. FYI: CASH ONLY! Place looked a little old decor wise but the benches out front were a really nice touch and opportunity for a photo. The food was good and hot. The service alone was a 5 plus.
