Captain D's

We go here 2 to 3 times weekly and many times the food is fresh and taste great. If you go during hours that are not peak, the wait has started to become extended and the food not as fresh. Update, just went through drive thru Sunday 5/6 at 4:45pm and received food after waiting for about 15 minutes in car line. Baked fish is dry and rice is so old it’s hard and not edible. Disappointing as this store started out so well and we don’t want to see it go the same direction as some of the other stores in Oakland. I called the store to speak with a manager but the person answering the phone asked me why I wanted to speak with a manager. When I told her the reason, she became rude and put me on hold. No one ever picked up the line.

I just went back to this location today and had a wonderful experience again. Keep up the good work. I was so excited when I heard Oakland was getting one I will return as many chances as I get. I did get some coupons in the mail today so was happy about that

I was n & out of the restaurant in less than 3 min. The staff were very cordial & got my order perfectly! I just pray it stays this way! Food was hot & delicious!

I know this is a brand new building but when I walked inside it was smell brand new the food smells great and the attitude of the employees was awesome. This is the best Captain D's that I've ever been to in my life.
