(August 19, 2019, 12:09 pm)Perfectly genuine greasy spoon and bodega. Great food cooked fresh incredibly fast. Only downside may be that there's likely only one person working so it may take her a minute to get your order or cash you out, but this isn't the place to go if you're in a hurry anyway. Highly recommend.

(April 20, 2019, 5:43 pm)My husband and I stopped at the Hitching Post as we were leaving Big South Fork. It is a restaurant that serves breakfast and lunch. The cook, Mrs. Connie, is a sweet and friendly woman. She made sure that we were served hot and delicious food. She made us feel welcomed. Whenever we come back to Big South Fork we will make sure to visit the Hitching Post again.
*The Hitching Post is about 15 minutes away from Big South Fork and is the closest place for food. Anywhere else is at least 30 minutes away. -
