Sweet Ellie's Winchester

Very good - loved the Buffalo Chicken Wrap - a generous serving and very fresh tasting. The loaded potato salad was awesome - good creamy flavor and the potatoes are good and done. We visited for ice cream and then found out they had sandwiches, so we returned the next day for lunch and were glad we did!
The Winchester location is in an old bank with the drive-up canopy still in place, providing a nice place to sit if the weather turns sour while you are munching on your treats.

They do offer a full lineup of Black Rifle coffee if you are into that - and they have coffee drinks, opening up at 6:30am. The young lady did note that they will be offering breakfast sandwiches as the business gets rolling.
I tried the coffee ice cream and the whiskey toffee - three large scoops and it was less expensive than the national chain dairy stores. Good ice cream!

The food was well packaged for take out, in quality containers.

The only critique I would have is that the ice cream is so thick and heavy, the plastic spoons provided are not up to the task - but that is really nit picking....

A great place to visit right here in Winchester - we are happy to see a new choice for great food in our area!
