The customer service in Humboldt has been amazing everytime I've gone to this location.

They were very polite. We enjoyed our time. Me and my team loved the guy who took our order not sure of his name but he had dreads, very friendly. All the employees made us feel like we were at home. They food was made quickly and we will be back !

They were sold out of the crunch wrap meal deals, but still had the Chalupa deal. The food was excellent, the service was very good, very pleasant cashier and the store was clean. We arrived 15 minutes before closing and were treated like we were the first customer of the day. No sweeping or mopping around us like we were holding them up. I recommend this Taco Bell highly. Since we did arrive late we tried to hurry and leave by the time the other customers left so as not to be rude to the employees.

Humboldt location is so much better than the Jackson area TB's. Super nice staff. Food was hot and well made. Inside very clean.

Seriously! The manager on night shift Friday night (June 21st) was AMAZING! She was so politely and helped me and my husband order our food. She knew everything on the menu, this is absolutely the best service I have gotten at this taco bell on night shift. She needs a raise or some type of appraisal. She knows what she is doing. Also, the crew was great as well. They let me know they were dropping my fries fresh, I'm not sure what the lady name was on drivethru but she was very sweet as well! Love Humboldt taco bell!
