Shady Lawn Truck Stop

As a truck driver, I really appreciate nice truck stops like this. Great people. Fair prices. Lots of selections. Food, showers, parking, etc....

Our favorite restaurant!! They have Shell gasoline, all the usual stuff for truckers plus one of the best country restaurants around. Clean bathrooms, plus showers for the truck drivers. We affectionately call Shady Lawn the Big Chicken!

We had been stuck here for 1 1/2 days waiting on load. This is how truck stops should be. Super nice staff all around, great facilities & great food! Will be back! If only fellow drivers would stop dumping their trash outside their doors, the truck lot would be clean too (which we witnessed & cleaned up after the West Memphis, AR truck).

People were really nice good customer service showers were clean the facilities overall were really clean the store the restaurant all that were all well kept.the parking in the back row it wasn't so great very hard to get parked on the back r o w not the truck stops fault though all those people that don't pull far enough forward on the front row and then the ones in the back row that don't line up next to one another and just park anywhere which Way but Loose. But you will have that this day and age because the courtesy and The common sense have left the trucking industry a long time ago

Their staff should teach a class on customer service. I've been OTR 14 years and their staff is the nicest, sweetest and biggest smiling people I've met on the road. I almost didn't want to leave they made me feel so welcome and so at home. The food was amazing. Most truck stop food is boiled and unseasoned. Their food was very good. I will be stopping here again very soon.
