Cruising on Hwy 64 we ran upon this roadside gem.
My wife ordered the marinated chicken which she loved and the piece I absconded with, was fabulous. There is just enough marinade to flavor but not too much as to overpower. The baked potato was loaded, and wonderful.
I ordered the cheeseburger, medium-rare, and it was the best burger I have had at a restaurant in quite a while.
The prices are average for a roadside steakhouse, as is the decor.
Abby attended to our needs and a special thank you goes out to her. Abby was very attentive and recommended the chicken which was well received.
Overall a pleasant experience.

I had questions about the food due to my soy allergy but didn't ask due to the server being short and unfriendly. Ended up going and finding a more friendly server to ask instead. Took forever to get our orders or our food but it was good.

We went over for our labor day supper.
It was very good.
Building was clean.
Waitress was very good.
Food was very good.
Waitress ask if we need desert and we didn't.
Could eat anything else after such a good meal.
It just happened to be on a Monday night and they had some picking and grinning music's that I could listen to

Great Food..The steaks melt in your mouth. The Rice alone is worth the trip. The awesome staff are friendly and treat you right. . Good ole Southern cookin at it's finest!

We stopped off for a quick bite and really enjoyed our Burgers. 4 people ordered and we were all happy. They were cooked perfect and and staff was very friendly. 4 stars because I feel it could use a deep clean. The floors were a bit greasy and bathroom could be updated.
